Sweet Vacations!

Don't you just wish vacations could go on and on? Sometimes I think so, but then I remember that by the end of the vacation, no matter how long it may have been, I am wishing for my home, bed, pillow, child-proof everything... the list goes on. But then when I am at home, not wanting to clean or cook, I dream about vacations.
This last weekend we went with my family down to Rocky Point. It was very relaxing and the weather was perfect. The kids had a great time, especially being surrounded by Mimi, Papa, Barbara, "The Babe", Diego and Agui.
Thomas would graciously wake everyone up at 5:45 :) We built sand towers, flew kites, played in the "oshen", looked for shells and crabs. Alex was beckoned by the water and tried valiantly to crawl there all by himself. He is fearless!!!!! Except when Papa says "Boo!"
We ate plenty of yummy tacos! On the way home, we stopped at a really nice park in Ajo. We ate and played some baseball! Thomas had a ball kicking up the dirt. That is really one of his favorite things to do!!
One strange thing, Thomas ended up breaking out in hives twice. We think it is algae related.

Totally agree with the vacation dilema. Fun to have and dream about them and fun to go home when they are done. I love the picture of Thomas in the water . . . what a beautiful picture.

Rocky Point Ocean water did that to me too...the hives, that is. TOTALLY normal. There is something strange in that water. Let's not think too deeply about that though..haha.
I think vacations are heavenly. I'm glad you got to enjoy time with your three handsome boys.
